Overview
A privacy-first evidence gathering tool for domestic abuse survivors, featuring military-grade security and plausible deniability. Created for my own needs when despite numerous police reports, they didn't act until it was too late. Since using Dana to gather evidence the police finally listened and we managed to secure conviction.
Challenge
Survivors risk retaliation if evidence logs are found. Legal professionals struggle with scattered, unverified screenshots that don't hold up in court. Not every incident is logged with the police, but when there is enough evidence you are able to prove 'Course Of Conduct'
Solution
A 'Vault' disguised as a recipe app ('ChefAI'). It features a Quick Exit panic button, secure entry,dual-timestamping for legal integrity and a generic 'Duress Mode' for safety. Allowing you to log every incident safely and securely. The export featurre allows you to send your evidence directly to your lawyer, or save as PDF to print when you're ready to involve police.
